·         The maximum word limit for the abstract is 250 words. 

·         Your submission should be submitted in English.

How to Submit Your Paper

·         Download the Full Paper Template for proceedings and read guidelines. 

·    Prepare your manuscript in English. Please ensure that your manuscript does not contain grammatical and language errors. 

·         All third-party work included in your paper should be properly acknowledged with referencing. 

·         Each paper should have no less than 4 pages normally, including all figures, tables, and references.

Reviewing Process

·         All manuscripts will be subjected to blind peer-reviewing and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence. 

·     All submitted articles will go through two rounds of peer reviewing process by professional committee. The review comments of the first round will be fed back to the authors within two weeks days after the submission, the authors need to modify the article according to the comments received and send the modified article back for second review process, then the article will be reviewed carefully by international experts based on its topics, grammar, innovation, integrity, the "literary" presentation, the technical depth, and overall organization, the notification of acceptance letter will be sent to the authors (including co-authors) if the article is accepted for publication/ presentation.

·      The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review. 

·     Review comments will be communicated to you and you may require doing necessary revisions and send revised paper on or before prescribed day. 

 Publication

·         Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference

·         all submitted papers will be peer-reviewed

·         the proceedings will be published under an ISSN and ISBN number

·         each paper will be assigned a unique DOI number by Crossref

·         All accepted papers will be published in the digital conference proceedings which will send to be indexed by all major citation databases such as Ei Compendex, SCOPUS, CPCI, Google Scholar, Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA), Inspec, SCImago Journal & Country Rank (SJR), EBSCO, CrossRef, Thomson Reuters (WoS)

·     Selected papers from the conference will be submitted for possible publication in the  Journal of Engineering Sciences (JESAUN) (publication fees may apply)
